In short
Everything you enter in the app (player names, games, scores and statistics) is stored only in your browser on your own device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else, with one exception you control: a tournament bracket or the live scores of a game that you choose to share for a second screen (see below). The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services.

Data stored on your device
The app uses the browser's local storage to keep the player roster, the game in progress, the archive of played games and the last game settings, so that statistics can be shown across games. This data stays on your device. You can delete individual players in the app, and you can delete everything by clearing the site data in your browser or uninstalling the app. A service worker caches the app files so it also opens without a network connection.
Shared tournament brackets and live scores
If you use "Share by QR code" in a tournament, the app sends that tournament (its name, the player names in it, the bracket, and the games and scores played in it) to our server so that other devices can show the live bracket. It is stored under a random link; anyone who has the link can view it, and only the device that created it can update or delete it. A phone that scans the QR code of an open match and referees it sends the game of that match (the player names and every dart thrown) to the same place while the match is played; it is stored with the bracket, and only that phone and the device that shared the bracket can change or remove it. If you use "Share live scores" in a game, the app sends the game being played on that device (the player names and every dart thrown, and the following games while sharing stays on) to the same place in the same way, so that other devices can show a live scoreboard. The data is deleted when you stop sharing, and in any case 30 days after the last update. Nothing is shared unless you start sharing, and the app never sends anything else. Server access logs
When you open the site, the web server of our hosting provider automatically records technical access data: the requested address, date and time, the amount of data transferred, the browser and operating system reported by your device, and your IP address. This is needed to deliver the site and to detect and prevent abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. They are not merged with other data and are not used to identify you.
Cookies and tracking
None. The site does not set cookies and does not embed third-party scripts, fonts or images. The typeface is served from this site.
Contact by e-mail
If you write to us, we store your message and address for as long as needed to handle your request, and delete them afterwards unless a legal retention period applies.
Your rights
You have the right to information about, and to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of, personal data concerning you, as well as the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Since the app itself stores nothing about you on our side apart from brackets and live scores you share, in practice this concerns only shared brackets, the server logs and e-mail correspondence.
